Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges for a different size of the same item are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. If the requested replacement size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Pré reserves the right to deny any exchange or store credit that does not meet these conditions.
