Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated during a release period.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow additional time for tracking updates during periods of high carrier volume.

Pré is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
